Position: Cargo Traffic Agent

Location: Madrid Airport (MAD) Cargo Terminal

Employment type: One‑year Contract (Provisional) with opportunity for conversion to a permanent position following internal performance evaluation.

Working schedule: Shift work based on flight schedules (e.g., 9 am‑5 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm), includes weekend shifts (Sunday) approximately 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily cargo traffic operations.
- Provide work instructions and monitor GHA operations (W/H, Ramp).
- Handle and resolve operational irregularities.
- Communicate and implement Korean Air's HQ guidelines to local Service Agents.
- Manage ULD control.
- Supervise cargo documentation (NOTOC, DGD, MAWB, etc.).
- Oversee build‑up and loading/unloading processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing.

Requirements

- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain (sponsorship not provided).




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4‑year university degree).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (native or advanced level, both verbal and written).
- Full proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in Korean (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in the air cargo or aviation industry.
