B2B Marketing Specialist – Southern Europe (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to drive growth and demand generation across Southern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing strategy, partner closely with sales, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

You'll lead marketing efforts across the region, working cross-functionally with global teams to plan and execute campaigns that support ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver the regional marketing strategy and plan
- Drive demand generation aligned with commercial objectives
- Partner with sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Define and track marketing KPIs, optimising performance through data insights
- Manage campaign execution across email, social, events, and webinars




- Localise general content and create region-specific assets
- Oversee budget allocation and evaluate ROI of marketing activities

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong experience in campaign planning and execution
- Confident working with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Language Requirements

- Fluent English
- Native or bilingual French (essential)
- Spanish (desirable)

Nice to Have

- Experience across both B2B and B2C environments
- Background in international or regional marketing roles
