As a Scale-Up Process Engineer, you’ll own the transition of liquid electrolyte and polymer electrolyte formulations from lab benches to pilot lines and into industrial production. Process development & Scale-up:
Solve scale-dependent challenges in mixing, dissolution, viscosity, moisture control, polymer processing, and impurity management
Build process flows, SOPs, and control strategies from scratch
Make fast, data-driven decisions in the face of ambiguity
Run tests on a range of equipment and report data/results accurately.
Conduct process failure analysis and propose engineering solutions to improve reliability and yield.

CAD, programming basics.
Prior experience in lithium-metal or solid-state battery technology.
Strong background in chemical/process engineering and manufacturing techniques relevant to electrolyte production or thin-film deposition/coating.
Experience with pilot plant operations, process safety, and statistical process control.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and other European languages is advantageous.
