EnskAI is growing fast, and we are looking for a new teammate to help us win the Spanish-speaking football market.
We build software for football agencies. No generic CRM. We move fast, we test quickly, we stay close to customers, and we care a lot about building something agents genuinely love using.
We are looking for a proactive, hungry, football-minded sales person who is fully fluent in Spanish and English and wants to grow with us.Your main focus will be to contact football agencies across Spanish-speaking markets, start conversations, book demos, run demos, follow up hard, and close deals. After the sale, you will also stay close to accounts, help build relationships, and act as a key contact point for customers.
You will join an existing sales team and report directly to our Head of Sales.Build outbound pipelines through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone, and other relevant channels
Qualify leads and turn conversations into booked demos




Close subscriptions and help grow revenue in Spanish-speaking markets
Stay close to customers after the sale and help manage the relationship
Share market feedback so we keep improving the product and our sales approachNative or perfectly fluent Spanish
Very strong English, spoken and written
Open to a commission-led setup and motivated by performanceExperience in sports tech sales
Experience selling software, services, or subscriptions in a relationship-driven environmentA role inside an existing sales team with direct support from leadership
Flexibility on location, with the option to work remotely or from Bulgaria
