Position Description

EthiFinance Ratings is looking for a junior professional to join the financial institutions ratings practice (banks, asset managers, finance providers). The candidate will report to the Head of Sovereigns & Financial Institutions and is expected to take a lead in all rating assignments, that include overseeing the full rating process. Must be a great communicator with the ability to interact with senior market counterparties.

Job functions include:

- Take lead in full rating process.
- High level interaction with market participants (banks, asset managers, arrangers).




- Communicate to the market (investors, clients, regulators) at a very technical level, the evolution of the different methodologies and our value proposition.

Qualifications

- Degree in business/economics or equivalents. MBA and/or CFA would be a plus.
- Minimum experience: at least one year as financial institutions analyst.
- Strong understanding of financial and capital markets.
- Superb communications skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel skills.
