Quality Returns SpecialistThe mission of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient management of quality claims, ensuring that company standards are met and the satisfaction of our users is maintained. Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to implement effective solutions.- Analytical ability to interpret data and propose innovative solutions.- This position reports directly to the "Head of Quality & Environment" and works closely with the production, quality control and customer service teams.
Strong knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement processes.- Ability to use data management and reporting tools.- Experience in the use of industry specific software programs is a plus.
