We are looking for a Marketing Designer with a strong focus on high-impact visual content for social media and digital channels. This role is key to communicating product value through compelling visuals, dynamic content, and a strong brand presence, particularly within digital health audiences.
Location: Remote (Europe preferred)
Reports to: Product Design Lead
Who We Are
Axo Longevity is building Europe’s first high-performance longevity platform.
We combine:
- Deep blood panels (100+ biomarkers, twice per year)
- Elite athlete benchmarking
- An AI health copilot
- A beautiful, consumer-grade product
Our mission is simple: help people extend their healthspan and unlock human performance.
We start with high performers - athletes, founders, operators, and longevity-focused humans - and build a platform that combines biomarkers, AI insights, and world-class design.
Membership starts at €190/year and includes deep testing, personalized insights, and access to a platform designed to make health data understandable and actionable.
Our clinical advisors include:
- Dr. Niko Mihic - Real Madrid Head Doctor
- Andy Walshe, PhD - former Red Bull Director of High Performance
We’re building a company where science, technology, and design meet.
Your job is to make the Axo experience feel as tight and magical as an Apple launch - From the first ad someone sees to the moment they open their health dashboard.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for social media across multiple formats.
- Create audiovisual content (short-form videos, animations, dynamic pieces).
- Generate high-impact visuals, including the use of AI tools for image creation.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
- Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all outputs.
Must-have Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Proven experience designing and producing content for social media.
- Experience in audiovisual content creation.
- Experience in digital health, Health 3.0, wearables, or optimization applications.
- Strong ability to create high-quality, high-impact visual assets.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Webflow.
- Experience generating images using AI tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong visual taste and aesthetic sensitivity.
You’re the kind of designer who:
- removes unnecessary elements
- simplifies complex information
- obsesses over spacing, typography, and hierarchy
You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, where ideas evolve quickly and collaboration across product, growth, and brand is constant.
Fluent English required.
Spanish or Dutch or German is a plus.
How We Work
We operate like a small, senior strike team.
- High autonomy
- Low bureaucracy
- High standards
We move quickly, but we value craft and sustainability over chaos.
You’ll work closely with founders, product, growth, and design — shaping the product and brand from the ground up.
Why This Role Is Special
You won’t just design screens.
You’ll help design how a new generation understands their health.
If done right, Axo will become a product people love to open and trust deeply.
And design will play a central role in making that happen.
