To accelerate their expansion in Spain, we are looking for a strong salesperson to lead the Catalonia region.Your Role: 100% Field Sales & Prospecting This is a pure field sales job. Your main mission is to open new accounts and build a client base from scratch in your region.Active Prospecting: Spend most of your time on the road, visiting healthcare and sports facilities.Direct Sales: Find new leads, do on-site product demonstrations, and close deals.Territory Management: Organize your own travel schedule to cover the region effectively.Your ProfileExperience: 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales.Mindset:



You are a true "hunter". You love prospecting, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing sales.Location: You live in or near Barcelona.Autonomy: You can work independently and are comfortable traveling daily across your region.LanguagesSpanish: Native or bilingual.English: Fluent (needed to communicate with the international team).Catalan: A strong plus for local business.Package & BenefitsSalary: €35,000 to €37,000 base salary + €20,000 variable (uncapped).Equipment: Company car, laptop, and smartphone provided.Freedom: Manage your own schedule and territory.
