Qualifications:- Minimum 3 yrs of experience as front of house managerial/operational experience in a 4 / 5 * luxury hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field preferred.- Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and to self-manage workload and productivity levels to ensure maximum output through remote supervision.- Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels including one on ones and large groups.- Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeepingoperation by navigating through a changing work environment.- Excellent fluent English (verbal and written).
