Infoser New Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high‑demand enterprise DevOps environment, supporting the operation and evolution of SDLC platforms across cloud and hybrid landscapes.

This role focuses on DevOps platform operations, CI/CD tooling, platform reliability, security hardening, and incident management, requiring strong hands‑on technical expertise and a structured operational mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain enterprise DevOps platforms supporting source code repositories, CI/CD services, artifact repositories, and container registries
- Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting pipelines, repositories, runners, artifacts, and related SDLC services
- Manage platform upgrades, patching cycles, hardening actions, and vulnerability remediation
- Maintain and optimize runner and base image standards, including versioning and controlled deprecation
- Support release execution, deployment validation, and rollback coordination
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application operations, and security teams
- Contribute to platform governance, documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and improve KPIs such as platform availability, pipeline success rates, and vulnerability metrics




- Participate in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive action plans
- Participate in on‑call rotations or planned out‑of‑hours interventions when required

Technical Profile

- Strong experience operating and administering DevOps / SDLC platforms (GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, legacy tooling)
- Solid expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Hands‑on Linux administration and shell scripting
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management
- Strong knowledge of Docker and container image lifecycle management
- Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals for containerized workloads
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and cloud‑native services
- Knowledge of security hardening, CVE remediation, patching, and version upgrades
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
