Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Tech Lead to join InnoIT and collaborate with one of our international clients in the insurance sector.

In this role, you’ll provide technical expertise in the development and delivery of modern web applications, helping build user-centric, responsive, and high-performance solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, technical standards, and quality expectations are met, while driving seamless integration and strong overall functionality.

You’ll be part of an international environment where communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with coordination, strategic thinking, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and delivery of complex web applications
- Designing and deploying scalable, distributed solutions
- Driving frontend development with React and Next.js
- Contributing to backend development with Node.js
- Working on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Contributing to software architecture decisions and data management practices
- Promoting innovation, technical excellence,



and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of software architecture and data management
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach
