We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our non‑operating expenses area and drive key financial initiatives.

About The Role

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic financial processes related to non‑operating expenses, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will own the budgeting and forecasting for interest, financing, tax, and depreciation, working closely with the Tax and Treasury teams. Together with finance stakeholders across the group, you will embed accounting principles and corporate tax policies into group‑wide financial planning processes, delivering a clear and coherent financial plan through to after‑tax profit. Risk identification and mitigation will be a core part of your responsibilities, as you provide analysis and insights to support budget decisions and optimise financial performance. You will also lead and contribute to group‑wide strategic finance initiatives focused on improving financial planning, reporting capabilities, and financial stewardship.

About You

You thrive in complex environments and enjoy translating financial complexity into clear, actionable insights. You are a collaborative and empathetic professional who builds strong relationships across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally with exposure to corporate finance, tax, and/or treasury
- Advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in MS Excel
- A solid understanding of accounting principles,



with a strong interest in IFRS and financial reporting requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
