Experteer Overview
In this role, you will advance automation across the software delivery lifecycle, improving how teams build, test, and release software. You’ll shape internal tooling and CI/CD practices to reduce manual work and boost reliability. You’ll collaborate with engineers and infrastructure to raise delivery safety and developer experience, contributing to a growing multiplayer strategy title. You’ll work in a remote or hybrid setup, with visa sponsorship and relocation support, across Europe and the UK.

Responsabilidades
• Background as software engineer, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineer with strong automation focus
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and implement improvements for reliability and health
• Experience improving developer productivity or internal tooling
• Experience operating systems across dev, test, prod environments
• Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Proficiency in automation in a general-purpose language (Python, Go, or similar)
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with containerized workloads and deployment practices (ECS, Kubernetes/EKS)
