What You'll Do:

- Graphic Design: Create aspirational designs for our various platforms including print, digital, social media, and advertising.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Utilise graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute designs efficiently.
- Adaptability: Adapt designs based on feedback, project requirements, and platform specifications while maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before final delivery.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or internal design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual design work across various mediums and platforms with Beauty experience preferable.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.




- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving project requirements and key stakeholder feedback.
- Passion for creativity and innovation.
