We are a SW house within Swiss Re.Our team consists of more than 150 technical professionals with multidisciplinary skills, located in multiple countries, working on these multi-regional, highly available solutions.About the RoleAs aSenior Platform Architectyou will define, design, and govern the implementation of Non-Functional Requirements across Swiss Re’s Life & Health digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with solution architects, engineering leads, and DevOps teams to translate enterprise standards into measurable system attributes such asperformance, resilience, observability, and security .In addition to NFR governance, you will be responsible fortechnology stewardship —proactively identifying, planning, and executingframework and library upgrades, security remediations, and platform migrationsto ensure systems remain modern, compliant, and secure.Your responsibilities will be:Define and maintain theproduct-wide NFR framework , including principles, metrics, and design patterns for delivery teams.Collaborate withsolution architects, product owners, and engineering leadsto capture, validate, and implement NFRs throughout the SDLC.Conductarchitecture and performance reviewsto validate compliance with scalability, reliability, and resilience objectives.Develop and maintainreference architectures, reusable blueprints, and NFR patternsthat promote consistency across solutions.Partner withsecurity, infrastructure, and SRE teamsto align architecture with enterprise policies and operational best practices.Champion the integration ofautomated performance, resilience, and security testinginto CI/CD pipelines.Lead framework and library lifecycle management, including:Assessing and planningupgrades, migrations, and deprecationsfor technologies such asSpring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate,
