Experteer Overview In this role you will help design and deliver Ebury’s Agentic Data Plane, enabling safe and scalable AI and agent-driven products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform capabilities with governed data foundations. You’ll drive observability, governance, and security for data access and tool usage while exploring emerging AI technologies. This is a hands-on platform engineering position in a fast-growing fintech environment with a clear impact on how the company ships AI-enabled offerings.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Design and deliver core components of the Agentic Data Plane (A2A communication, Agent Tool Registry, governed data access)
- Build platform primitives for secure tool coordination with centralized policy guardrails and audit logging
- Provide end-to-end observability for agentic products (dependencies, traces, evaluation signals, accountability)
- Integrate ADP with Data Platform foundations (catalog, metadata, data warehouse, vector retrieval)
- Collaborate with domain teams to onboard pilot agents and promote platform standards
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (LLMs, prompt safety,



agent memory)Responsabilidades
- Platform engineering experience building internal platforms used by other engineering teams
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (API design, reliability, testing, operability)
- Experience building secure systems (authentication/authorization, audit logs, least-privilege)
- Hands-on experience operating production services on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)
- Proficiency in Python for building platform services and data tooling
- Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems in production (evaluation, drift monitoring, prompt safety) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with data governance concepts (lineage, traceability, access controls) and data platform ecosystems
- Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)Requisitos principales
