Experteer Overview In this role, you manage physical security for Microsoft datacenters, partnering with vendor guards to protect personnel, infrastructure, and data. You’ll lead risk-based security programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate findings to leaders. You’ll drive program maturity, budgeting considerations, and incident response, contributing to Microsoft’s secure cloud operations. - Oversee physical security policies and guard operations at datacenters to meet Microsoft and customer requirements
- Analyze security threats and risks with minimal assistance and escalate when needed
- Implement security protocols to protect personnel and assets
- Maintain and enhance security programs within own area of responsibility
- Partner with datacenter operations and stakeholders to ensure secure, continuous operations




- Improve overall security program efficiency, maturity, and resource optimization (budget, automation)
- Triage escalations for security incidents and keep regional leadership informed
- Participate in on-call rotations (24x7x365) and travel as required
- Contribute to stakeholder efforts to support security capabilities and risk identification
- Summarize and report risk analyses to internal stakeholders and leadersResponsabilidades
- 4+ years' experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field
