developing solutions and support them in implementing and scaling them in a sustainable wayLead and collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and provide leadership and direction to elevate our delivery capabilities.Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative & effective recommendations and high-quality deliverablesDepending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.RequirementsWhat we are looking forDirector, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firmData Science background and specialization across Life Science & Healthcare are required.Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagementsDemonstrated ability with the management of a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues in a consulting-like industryExperience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and implement and scale solutions for challenging business situationsExceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English.
