Experteer Overview As Tech Lead, you will guide technical development for Connect One within SET Iberia, enabling multi-country B2B access to services. You join a new IT squad to drive new features, improvements, and maintenance of Connect One. You’ll work across architecture-aligned analysis, testing, and production support, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This role offers scale, international scope, and a chance to shape core platform capabilities that connect BNP Paribas Personal Finance entities globally.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop functionalities and resolve defects for Connect One
- Create technical analyses aligned with architecture and functional requirements
- Perform technical tests and ensure quality
- Execute CI according to strategy and delivery calendar
- Support production issues and provide analysis
- Contribute to AGILE meetings and collaborate with Business Analysts and development team

- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar functions
- Backend development with Java 17 and Spring framework (Spring Boot)
- Hibernate/JPA, REST services, microservices orientation
- Experience with Junit and Mockito for testing
- Database experience with Liquibase, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Git/GitLab for version control
- Basic knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Containerization and cloud basics (Docker, Kubernetes, IBM Cloud)
- English level B2 or higher; French a plus
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and independent work ethic
