Experteer Overview You drive security analytics within Allianz’s Digital Resilience as a Service framework, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. You will integrate data from security and IT domains, build dashboards, and set KPIs to shape risk-informed decisions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, data-driven performance and risk visibility. - Engage with senior stakeholders (CISO, SecOps, GRC, IT) to align analytics with organizational goals
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences with clear impact
- Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems
- Utilize Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Implement scheduled data refreshes, Row-Level Security, dataset governance, and performance optimization
- Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights supporting strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and drive data-driven strategies
- Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs including vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence,



phishing training outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance
- Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions and documentation
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and trend reporting
- Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
- Maintain controls for data minimization, secure handling, encryption, and least privilege accessResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading data analytics teams and projects focused on security analytics
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices
- Good English skills; additional languages welcome
