Overview

Join Accenture España as a S&C; Finance Transformation Manager. Lead strategic projects within the CFO & Enterprise Value team, driving financial transformation initiatives with direct impact on CFOs and executive teams across Spain and internationally.

Responsibilities

- Define strategy and lead the implementation of end-to-end financial operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Drive digitalization and optimization of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A;) through automation, advanced analytics, and generative AI-based solutions.
- Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.
- Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and financial transformation programs.
- Promote innovation and thought leadership on the future of finance and AI adoption in the financial domain.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).
- Proven experience in financial operating model transformation, financial process reengineering and digitalization, and implementation of financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).




- Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.
- Leadership skills, team management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
