Experteer Overview
In this role you design end-to-end, secure solutions for Iberia-based financial institutions, leveraging Swift's API and messaging services. You’ll translate business needs into technology, drive adoption of digital platforms, and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. You’ll represent Swift’s digital agenda in industry forums and help shape platform value across the community. This position blends technical architecture with strategic client advisory in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

• Collaborate with financial institutions and Swift users to understand challenges and architect scalable, secure solutions
• Design end-to-end solutions integrating Swift products with clients' systems to elevate user experience
• Drive adoption of Swift's digital platforms, APIs, and solutions for seamless connectivity
• Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business requirements to deliver measurable value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and partners




• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients on leveraging Swift solutions to meet business objectives
• Represent Swift in industry forums and events to promote its digital agenda and thought leadership

Responsabilidades
• Strong IT background, preferably in the financial industry
• Understanding of the financial services industry, including cross-border payments and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for innovative solution design
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions with active involvement of client relationship stakeholders
• Familiarity with Swift’s products and services is desirable but not mandatory
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
