In this role you help translate client needs into actionable, scalable solutions within LSEG's FX and electronic trading offerings. You work across presales, implementation, and ongoing support to deliver on-time, on-budget client outcomes. You will tailor platforms like FX Trading Platform, CPG, and Aggregator, shaping packaged Professional Services and driving customer satisfaction. The role sits in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on innovation and sustainable impact.

- Understand client processes and map them to LSEG offerings in trading-related domains
- Assess client needs and translate into technical business models and integration requirements
- Configure and customize products to client scope and validate deliverables through testing
- Ensure usability with end-user trainings and live go-live planning




- Support business development by refining Professional Services packages and solutions
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and other groups to promote offerings
- Deliver proposals, prototypes, and demonstrations to clients
- Participate in Subject Matter Expert network calls

Responsabilidades
