As Capacity Planning Manager, you will own cross-functional initiatives that optimize the transportation network for Last Mile and Middle Mile operations. You’ll drive data-driven improvements, define metrics, and standardize best practices across the ATS organization in Barcelona. Your work will tackle complex optimization challenges, scale large-scale projects, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes safety, speed, and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree xugodme or above
- Experience communicating with diverse groups (Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, Senior Management)
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
- Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
