You will align the business plan with the brand’s direction, drive profitability, and maintain rigorous controls. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to enable data-driven decisions and optimize ROI, while guiding audits, reporting, and cash flow. - Develops and implements annual operating budgets and business plans aligned with brand strategy
- Leads financial forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability initiatives
- Oversees accounting controls, audits, and compliance with procedures




- Advises GM and executive committee on financial issues and owner priorities
- Manages cash flow, working capital, and reporting to owners and corporate partners
- Provides leadership and development for the finance team and cross-department collaboration
- Ensures timely and accurate tax reporting and performance reviews for finance staff
