At Vortech , we are partnering with a leading international client looking to hire a Pipelines Support Engineer to strengthen their Engineering Support team, a key function ensuring the reliability and performance of their CI/CD pipelines.

Location: Madrid

Work model: 100% on-site (mandatory)

Language: High level of English (B2++) – fully international environment

Your mission

You will be part of the Engineering Pipelines Support team , ensuring CI/CD pipelines run efficiently, reliably, and with minimal downtime.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing failures in automated testing suites
- Troubleshooting build issues and CI/CD pipelines
- Managing and optimizing container-based infrastructure
- Monitoring system health using observability tools
- Automating operational tasks to improve efficiency
- Collaborating with engineering teams to remove blockers
- Identifying process and technology improvements

This role has a direct impact on software quality and delivery speed .

️ Technical requirements

Must-have:

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, SDET, or QA Engineering roles
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress,



Playwright, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting ( Python or Bash )
- Solid knowledge of Git-based version control (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- High level of English (C1)

➕ Nice to have:

- Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS or GCP )
- Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- iOS development experience (Swift / Objective-C)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
