Experteer Overview
In this role you will administer and optimize quarterly sales incentive processes within the Global Sales Compensation function. You will partner with Sales, Finance and IT to ensure accurate plan design, payouts, and data quality in Anaplan, shaping compensation strategy to align with company objectives. You will contribute to annual plan design, SPIFF initiatives, and maintain the Sales Compensation Playbook, driving efficiency and consistency across regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, data-driven compensation solutions with measurable impact.

• Engage in quarterly sales compensation processes, including target setting and scope alignment with roles and objectives
• Administer accruals and payout calculations based on crediting rules and guidelines
• Support SPIFF design and resolve achievement disputes
• Contribute to optimization, automation and data quality in Anaplan




• Participate in annual compensation plan design and effectiveness analysis
• Liaise with stakeholders to propose compensation structures aligned with company principles
• Update and maintain the Sales Compensation Playbook documentation

Responsabilidades
• 2–3 years of experience in sales compensation
• Experience with ICM tools (Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, etc.)
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
• Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on
• Experience handling large data sets; Excel proficiency; Power BI a plus
