Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead IT Services procurement within Roche’s indirect procurement delivery function, shaping category strategies and sourcing programs. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align spend with business needs and maximize value, while driving automation and delivery excellence. You will coach teams, manage complex contracts, and bring category expertise to enable Roche to reduce costs and improve service outcomes. • Act as category and sourcing expert for IT Services, developing strategies and tactical plans to source third-party goods and services
• Deliver and execute sourcing strategies and major initiatives using spend data, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management
• Create content and automation to translate sourcing strategy into guidelines and channels, improving adoption and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal procurement functions and business stakeholders to implement comprehensive spend management strategies
• Provide coaching, project leadership,



and support to drive demand aggregation and procurement solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate day-to-day activities
• Support cross-functional teams in day-to-day procurement execution and capacity planning
• Coordinate category strategy ownership to ensure alignment with business needs

Responsabilidades
• University degree (preferably in business or related discipline)
• 7+ years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, integral category management, complex contracting, and operational category projects
• Strong leadership, procurement system experience, and deep IT Services and adjacent commodities knowledge
• Curiosity, active listening, openness to new ideas, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Project management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English at business level
