In this role, you will be the key driver in identifying and attracting top talent to support our hyper-growth phase. You will thrive here if your passion is communication, you are data-driven, creative in your search strategies, and passionate about building engaged teams in a fast-paced tech environment.This is a full-time position based in Barcelona.Your Mission:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the company's international locations. Your focus will be to partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, co-create job descriptions, build healthy pipelines of high-quality candidates, meet hiring timelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Your tasks and responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruiting including CV review, initial phone screens, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, university networks,
