We're Hiring: Technical Customer Support - French & English Speaker At Netzon Group, we're growing fast—and we're looking for motivated Technical Customer Support Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Netatmo Campaign. If you enjoy helping people, communicating in a dynamic environment, and being part of a supportive, multicultural team, this role is for you. About the Role As a Technical Customer Support Agent, you will be in charge of helping Netatmo clients for any type of issues they could have with their smart consumer electronics (Smart Locks, Smart Weather Station, Smart Camera, etc.). You will handle tech queries from customers and strive for first-contact resolutions. Key Responsibilities

Understand and respond to client's requests. Analyse the client's situation to answer quickly and efficiently. Identify technical incidents, apprehend them and provide an appropriate solution. Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach. Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in both French and English.



Organization and interpersonal skills. Empathy, with the ability to analyse problems and offer tailored solutions. Interest in smart home consumer electronics. Teamwork experience. You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines.

What We Offer

Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation). Full-Time: 39 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Salary: €21,000 gross per year. Working Model: Hybrid (6 days per month in office). Training: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.. Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
