We are working with a

stealth tech company

building a high-performance, real-time platform - and they’re looking for a

Senior Backend Engineer

to own the heart of their system.

This isn’t your typical backend job. You’ll be building the

core “brain” of the platform

, where speed, efficiency, and smart design truly matter.

What you’ll be doing:

Writing

high-performance Rust

(async/Tokio) Building and scaling

serverless, event-driven systems

in AWS Owning your infrastructure using

Terraform / IaC Designing APIs and core backend logic Profiling and optimizing systems to shave off milliseconds and reduce compute costs

Strong experience with

Rust





(ownership, lifetimes, async) Experience with

serverless / event-driven architectures Comfortable with

AWS

(Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, API Gateway) A

performance-first mindset

- profiling and optimization is part of your DNA Spanish-speaking

(team communicates in Spanish) Self-motivated and able to work

remotely from Spain
