In this role you own the long-term vision and investment roadmap for a Data and AI product portfolio across Product, Customer and Consumer, and Science Innovation and Labs. You partner with senior leaders to define strategy, governance, and scalable delivery models that drive measurable business value. You lead cross-functional teams, establish data governance and risk controls, and accelerate insight generation through reusable data products and AI capabilities.

You will influence integral stakeholders and shape how data and AI enable innovation at scale.

- Lead and develop Product Owners and cross-functional teams with clear outcomes and delivery rhythms

- Align priorities with senior stakeholders across business platforms and Data and AI teams
- Scale reuse and standardization of data products, metrics, and AI capabilities

Responsabilidades

- 15+ years of product management experience leading complex global data and AI products
- Track record of defining product strategy, securing investment, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience in Ru0026D xugodme environments (discovery, formulation, analytical sciences, biotechnology, fermentation, or applied research)
- Ability to translate scientific/business workflows into scalable data and AI capabilities
- Strong collaboration, curiosity, and stakeholder management skills
