As a Design System Architect at Factorial, you will own and evolve the company-wide design system into a scalable product infrastructure that supports AI-powered design workflows. You will bridge design, frontend engineering, and product to deliver a consistent, fast, and accessible experience across teams. This is a hands-on, product-minded role with massive ownership and impact on how we build at scale.

You will shape design quality at the system level and drive AI-enabled tooling from Figma to code, enabling 10x speed with 10x consistency.

- Lead and scale the design system across the company
- Define technical architecture, tooling, documentation, governance, and implementation plan
- Design and implement AI Skills Build tools and plugins connecting Figma, code, and AI-driven workflows




- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals)

- Mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to AI engineering best practices
