The Opportunity We are seeking a

Head of Ecommerce & Marketplaces

to lead and scale our business across Europe. This is a high‑impact role based in our

Barcelona

hub, reporting to the executive team and owning the strategic roadmap for our Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) platforms and global marketplaces (Amazon).

What You Will Do

Strategic P&L; Ownership

Manage the full Ecommerce and Marketplace P&L;, driving revenue and EBITDA targets.

Define and execute the annual business plan for established and emerging European markets.

Identify new business opportunities and localizations to maximize profitability.

Marketplace & DTC Mastery

Lead performance across DTC platforms and Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central).

Optimize Amazon listings (A+ content, Brand Stores, SEO) and retail media spend.

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), AOV growth, and customer retention across all touchpoints.

Cross‑Functional Leadership





Partner with our Madrid‑based Marketing team to align brand positioning with performance execution.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Tech to ensure a scalable, efficient logistics and tech stack.

Lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑market ecommerce team and manage key agency partnerships.

Who You Are

Experience: 10+ years in Ecommerce leadership, specifically managing portfolios exceeding €40M in annual revenue.

Marketplace Expert: You know the European Amazon ecosystem inside out.

Analytical Growth‑Mindset: You have a command of ecommerce KPIs and a deep understanding of retail media and attribution.

International Leader: You are comfortable operating in multi‑country, multi‑language environments and influencing cross‑functional teams.
