Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking) – Automotive Industry | Barcelona*

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team.

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Work Model: On-site (Remote possible if already based in Barcelona)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries related to automotive services and products
- Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with a premium automotive brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements

- Native / Fluent Dutch
- Good level of English
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Experience with luxury brands is a plus
- Availability to attend on-site training in Barcelona

Salary & Benefits

- €21,376 gross/year
- Up to €3,000 gross/year bonus

Important: The position can be remote from Spain, but the candidate must be based in Barcelona during the training period.
