Experteer Overview
In this role, you will independently drive project execution for our European opportunities, from initiation to handover. You will collaborate with multiple departments and customers to deliver timely, cost-aware packaging projects. You’ll steer cross-functional kick-offs, installation, commissioning, and handover while maintaining an OTIF mindset. Based in Madrid, you’ll manage stakeholder relationships across Spain and other European markets. You’ll join a globally successful, sustainability-focused team delivering customer-centric packaging solutions.

• Cost calculation for filling line projects
• Support Key Account Management in sales pitches and in offer & contract preparation
• Order equipment and prepare technical documents (layout, planning)
• Ensure clear communication and coordination among stakeholders to resolve technical issues




• Lead internal and external kick-off meetings and oversee installation, commissioning, and handover
• Own all project topics and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery and handover to After-Sales
• Maintain OTIF compliance and travel up to 50%

Responsabilidades
• Technical university degree (preferably Dairy Engineer/Food Technologist)
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Travel willingness up to 50%
