KRKA FARMACÉUTICA, S.L., a member of multinational pharmaceutical company Krka, present in over 70 countries and leader in the production and distribution of medicines, is looking for IT Associate.

Major tasks and duties:

- Cooperating with the central IT team of the Krka Group in development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (CRM, ERP, Document Management Center)
- Participating and leading local development of IT systems and other technical projects
- Train end-users on HW functionalities, SW applications and IT security
- Act as local help desk, providing technical support for IT systems to users and report incidents/requests to central service desk
- Cooperating in procurement of IT equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications)




- Setting up and updating local IT procedures according to the Krka Group policies and standards
- Technical support in the preparation of operational reports

We expect application from candidates who have:

- High energy and drive to make a difference
- Some years of work experience in similar positions
- Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of CRM / ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) systems
- Very good English and good communication skills
