Guest Services Support Specialist with German and English

✨ What you’ll do: Provide exceptional support to hotel guests via inbound calls (in German) Assist with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Share information about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

✅ What we’re looking for:



Fluency in

German & English

(written and spoken) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer support experience is a plus Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends) Attention to detail and great organizational skills Positive attitude and passion for customer service
