About the job

You will act as the central link between business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery, stability, and continuous improvement across platforms and processes. This is a temporary position with a duration from 6 to 12 months, depending on project needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog with stakeholders
- Coordinate Agile development cycles and participate in ceremonies
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)




- Manage deployments across environments
- Validate deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Manage incidents, impact analysis, and escalations
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure and technical teams
- Manage projects end-to-end with structured planning and reporting
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

- +4 years of experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar IT roles
- Strong experience coordinating Agile teams
- Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tools
- Proven ability to manage IT projects end-to-end
- Technical or engineering background is a plus
- Knowledge of energy markets is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus
