As General Head of Compliance Assurance, Monitoring & Testing, you lead the second-line function to strengthen governance and control across Financial Crime (AML/CFT, Sanctions). You will drive a data-driven Quality Assurance framework, incorporating analytics and AI to improve coverage. You’ll oversee FCA QA activities, remediation, and stakeholder reporting, partnering with first and second lines to reduce financial crime risk. This role sits at the core of risk management in a fast-growing fintech, shaping how compliance supports global growth. You’ll work with senior leadership to elevate controls and ensure regulatory alignment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the second-line FCC QA program across the business, including design and testing of key controls
• Oversee remediations and implement action plans with validation
• Plan, execute, and monitor FCQA activities and coverage using risk-based sampling
• Coordinate reporting to governance committees and regulatory bodies as required
• Maintain the FCC QA review calendar and ensure timely, quality outputs
• Lead planning and scoping of QA reviews with advanced data analytics and AI tooling




• Provide feedback on control issues and track remediation progress
• Facilitate risk discussions with senior leadership and Board members

Responsabilidades
• Proven leadership of a FC Quality Assurance team
• Extensive experience in Financial Crime QA or Compliance testing in finance (AML/CFT, Sanctions)
• Strong understanding of 3 Lines of Defense and second-line roles
• Experience with data-driven analytics and AI tools to enhance QA coverage
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory concepts and identify root causes
• Experience in Fintech environment; banking experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong communication skills across disciplines
• Experience facilitating senior leadership risk meetings
