At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Software Engineer to lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices across a large-scale consumer healthcare organization.
This is not a pure coding role. It’s a unique mix of:
Governance and quality leadership

You’ll play a key role in shaping how engineering teams leverage AI to build better software—faster, but responsibly.

Define best practices for AI-assisted coding across teams
Establish clear guidelines for using AI in generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation
Evaluate and integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
Define quality standards for AI-generated code
Ensure compliance with security, licensing, and data privacy requirements
Measure impact on productivity, quality, and delivery speed

5–10 years of experience in software engineering
~ Strong development background (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)
~ Proven, hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor (real use cases, not just experimentation)
~ Testing, code quality, and performance
