Overview

We are looking for an Agentforce Developer / Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience implementing Agentforce AI agents in real Salesforce environments.

This role is adecuado for a developer who already works deeply within the Salesforce ecosystem and has started building AI-driven automation, agents, or copilots using the newest Salesforce capabilities.

You will help design and implement intelligent agents that automate workflows, support customer interactions, and enhance CRM productivity.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, integrating them with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom workflows.
- Build intelligent automations that combine Agentforce, Apex, APIs, and external systems to support business processes.
- Work closely with architects and product teams to translate business requirements into agent-based solutions inside Salesforce.
- Integrate AI agents with Salesforce data, flows, external APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
- Support the evolution of AI-enabled CRM capabilities within large enterprise environments.

Required Experience

- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer working with Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.




- Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce in real projects (not only training or proof-of-concept).
- Experience building automations, flows, or AI-driven workflows inside Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, middleware, or event architecture.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data models.
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Agentforce.
- Experience with LLM integrations, AI orchestration, or conversational interfaces.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, MuleSoft, or integration platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, AI Specialist, etc.).

Location & Language

Spain – Remote; English required (international environment); Spanish is a plus.
