Experteer Overview In this Senior Program Manager role, you will lead complex, end-to-end programs for European customers from the PMO Office within General Operations and Services. You will coordinate pre-sales support, contract and delivery activities, and multi-stakeholder engagement across systems, Ru0026amp; D, and operations. The position emphasizes delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing risks and budget. You will act as a single point of contact, mentor other PMs, and drive PM excellence in a global, matrix environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Support pre-sales activities with high-level deliverables and account strategy
- Own end-to-end program execution post-sales without direct reports
- Create and maintain program plans; monitor progress; resolve issues and risks
- Ensure product/service delivery meets quality, time, and budget targets
- Manage program budgets and track costs against benefits
- Implement changes and fill gaps within programs
- Interface with customers, vendors, and internal units; escalate issues as needed
- Oversee QA and program integrity, aligning with infrastructure and standards




- Plan and manage day-to-day system and support requests; report to customers andleadership
- Provide regular program progress reports to PMO Director, steering boards, and customers
- Mentor and advise other PMs; contribute to PM excellence within the companyResponsabilidades
- Solid project/program management background in broadcast technology
- Experience with conditional access, service delivery platforms, middleware/UI, STBs, OTT, MDRM, Anti-Piracy Security Services
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience with budget responsibility (u003e1 M$)
- Experience in international matrix operations and multi-stream program delivery
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM) and program planning tools
- Ability to assess risks from technical, commercial, and contractual perspectives
- Ability to work under pressure and mentor others
- Bachelor's degree in technology/computer science/business management; additional qualifications or certifications are a plusRequisitos principales
