The preferred location is Barcelona on a hybrid basis, although remote working will be considered for exceptional candidates who can travel regularly to Barcelona.This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end QMS implementation projects for general pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients, delivering complex consulting projects while managing stakeholders across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Quality Management System implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project timelines, resources, budgets,



risks and stakeholder ordinate internal consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with Gx P requirements.Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance throughout project delivery.Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across all engagements.QualificationsMinimum of five years' project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.Strong understanding of GMP, Gx P, CAPAs, deviations and change control processes.Experience managing QMS implementation or digital transformation projects.Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, Track Wise, Salesforce or similar is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.Professional level English and fluent Spanish.Barcelona-based preferred, although remote candidates able to travel regularly will also be considered.
