MainResponsibilitiesinOperationsManagement

- Leadandoverseedailyoperationsatmultiplesites,ensuringadherencetosales,safety,quality,andoperationalstandards(FDA,HACCP,SQFcompliance).
- Develop,implement,andmonitorannualbusinessplanstoachievefinancial,quality,andservicetargetswithinthearea.
- Analyzedataandkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)toidentifyareasforimprovementandsuccessfullyimplementcorrectiveactions.
- Collaboratewithsupplychain,procurement,andmarketingteamstooptimizeinventorymanagementandcostcontrols.
- Driveoperationalexcellencethroughleanmethodologies,continuousimprovement,andprocessoptimizationinitiatives.

- Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,OperationsManagement,orrelatedfield.
- Atleast5years'experiencemanaginginternationalsalesinregulated industries,havingexperienceintheEUmarket.
- Provenrecordinleadership,performancemanagement,andthesuccessfuldeliveryofoperationalandfinancialtargets.
- Excellentcommunication,organizational,andanalyticalskills.
- Knowledgeofcontinuousimprovementmethodologiesisaplus.
- Strongproficiencyinenterprisemanagementsystemsandtools(ERP,MSOffice,inventorymanagementsoftware).
- Flexibilitytotravelfrequentlyacrosssiteswithintheassignedarea.
