Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the execution-level product ownership of Agentic AI solutions across PoC, MVP, and Production. You line-manage POs/BAs and align product delivery with business needs in regulated environments. You own the backlog, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Business. You drive prioritization and ensure measurable outcomes through cross-functional execution. This position blends leadership with hands-on product delivery in a highly regulated healthcare context.

• Lead execution-level product ownership for Agentic AI across PoC, MVP, and Production to deliver defined outcomes
• Line-manage and develop Product Owners and/or Business Analysts with coaching and performance management
• Own and refine the Agentic AI backlog, translating business needs into agent-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define and enforce Definition of Ready and acceptance standards for testable, evaluable agent workflows
• Drive backlog prioritization balancing agent capabilities, readiness, non-functional requirements, and delivery constraints
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers to shape MVP scope and value hypotheses
• Work with Architecture, Engineering, and UX to shape agent behavior, guardrails,



and error handling early in the lifecycle
• Serve as primary execution-time product contact for engineering teams, clarifying intent and resolving scope questions
• Own story acceptance and UAT to ensure compliance with success criteria and regulatory requirements
• Manage post-release backlog for enhancements, defects, and agent tuning based on telemetry and feedback

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflow-driven products
• Hands-on backlog ownership across the product lifecycle
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience in product management, software delivery, and AI/data systems
• Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems including reasoning, orchestration, and HITL patterns
• Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices
• Ability to reason about agent behavior, failure modes, and acceptance criteria even without being the implementer
