As Head of AI Factory, lead and scale AXA Partners’ AI delivery center across France and Spain. You're accountable for shaping the technical vision, building a high-performing team, and delivering AI and automation initiatives that drive measurable business value. You’ll align AI delivery with business and IT priorities, promote innovation, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary AI u0026 automation delivery team (AI Engineers, Tech Leads, Automation Developers)
- Define and own the AI Factory's technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery standards
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and business-aligned outcomes
- Drive integration of AI solutions within AXA Partners' IT landscape (cloud, APIs, data platforms)
- Establish robust governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting for projects
- Promote responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act)




- Engage stakeholders across business, IT governance, and external partners; communicate progress to senior leadership
- Implement recruitment plans to strengthen internal capabilities and improve delivery resilience
- Lead on-call duties when required
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in technology delivery
- 3–5 years in a senior engineering leadership role
- Strong AI/ML background (ML, DL, Generative AI)
- Expertise in Intelligent Automation (UiPath, RPA)
- Cloud architecture experience (Azure or AWS) and xugodme API-driven integration
- Experience with RAG architectures, AI agents, and Agentic AI platforms (Nice to have)
- Strong data governance, security, and regulatory compliance knowledge (GDPR, AI Act)
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios, budgets, and multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for technical and executive audiences
- Fluent English; Spanish and French a plus
