Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the employee lifecycle for regional clusters (RO/SLO/HU) as ABB Robotics scales as a standalone entity. You will harmonize HR processes across legacy ABB and SoftBank teams, delivering a seamless "One Robotics" experience via Workday. You’ll be the Workday SME, ensuring data accuracy for payroll and reporting, while supporting onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, benefits, and total rewards communications. This role partners with local brokers and the Total Rewards team to maintain compliant, well-documented HR records and processes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lifecycle management of key HR events (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Workday governance and data accuracy for payroll/reporting
• Benefits administration coordination with brokers and providers
• Total Rewards support during annual cycles (audits, communications)




• Compliance and audit of employee files and records
• Process harmonization for the standalone organization post-merger
• Contract generation and Day 1 readiness tasks
• Coordination of regional HR processes across RO/SLO/HU

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services with multi-country experience
• Advanced Workday HCM proficiency and ability to navigate BP flows and reporting
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR data impact on payroll and benefits
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions or carve-outs is a plus
• Ability to explain complex HR policies to employees and managers
• English and Hungarian language proficiency
