You will validate and challenge demand, drive governance and transparency, lead a small team, and partner cross-functionally to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce decisions.You will be reporting toGBS - P2P Procurement & Capabilities , and you will manage:1. Request Governance & Workforce ValidationAct as the primary intake point for all non-employed workforce requests (contractors, temporary labor, SOW-based engagements, blue/white/pink collar)Challenge and validate requests against operational needs, budgets, and workforce strategyAssess business justification, skill requirements, duration, and cost structuresEnsure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulationsPartner with HR and Procurement to define the most appropriate sourcing model2. Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and manage a team of2 external workforce analysts/coordinatorsSet clear performance expectations, KPIs, and service standardsFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and value creationEnsure consistent quality and timeliness of request processing3. Stakeholder Management & AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on external workforce optionsCommunicate clearly on request outcomes, required adjustments, and compliance considerationsBuild strong relationships with HR, Procurement, Legal,
