As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be crucial in defining and implementing the security infrastructure and deployment strategies for our cutting-edge AI and Quantum solutions, including deployment to Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead DevSecOps practices and processes.
- Develop and implement organisation-wide DevSecOps strategies.
- Mentor engineers on Cybersecurity best practices.
- Automate security principles within development and operations.
- Identify and implement tools to improve software delivery.
- Deploy our software stack to client servers (Fortune 500).
- Monitor and enhance performance of deployed solutions.

Required Skills:

- Experience: 8+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer.
- Security Competence: Strong competence in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, and implementing cybersecurity controls.
- Cloud & Networking: Strong competence with Network Architecture in AWS and/or Azure.
- Cyber Tactics: Competence with Red Team / Blue Team / Purple Team tactics.
- Incident Response: Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols.
- Key Management: Competence with cryptographic controls and Key Management Service (KMS), including automation.
- Cloud Security: Experience designing solutions focused on AWS Security/Network services (e.g., GuardDuty, Config, IAM, VPC Flow Logs) or corresponding Azure services.
- Infrastructure as Code:



Competence in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for deployment and scaling.
- DevOps Fundamentals: Solid understanding and hands‑on experience in DevOps, deployment, and production environments.
- Programming: Proficiency with one or more languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc).
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify security root causes.
- Communication: Superb communication skills in English.
- Certifications (Priority): AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or equivalent certifications.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with microservice deployment and monitoring.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect.
- High competence with the AWS Well Architected Framework.
- Competence with SSH key management solutions (e.g., JumpCloud, Teleport).
- Experience with multiple public clouds (GCP, Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Competence in Kubernetes Security (CKS certification desirable).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Expertise in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (EKS) using Helm and ArgoCD.
- Competency with service meshes (e.g., Istio Gateway).
- Experience deploying SaaS solutions and with PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience creating and administering release management processes.
